Return Policy
Each dress is custom
made to order. Custom-made products are non-refundable and
non-exchangeable. A custom order is made to your specifications
and measurements provided. All sales final. However exceptions exist for
manufacturer defects, therefore please notify us of any issues
in writing within 7 days (preferably via e-mail
or certified mail) after order delivery. Please call for
authorization prior to sending returns. Store credit only
- no cash refunds.
After authorization,
please send all packages to us via insured and prepaid
Fed Ex, UPS or US Mail (for your protection and to insure prompt
delivery). Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Privacy Policy
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties. Personal information collected are used for purpose provided
including filling orders, responding to inquiries.
