to deliver by the agreed upon due date, we will gladly issue a
refund upon your request and receipt of returned product. However,
we believe in on-time delivery and know that this is very
important to you! You can count on us to deliver on
time especially for your special occasions including
weddings, banquets, religious events, etc.
Note:
Normal / regular delivery is 2-3 weeks from date of order
confirmation in the US. Rush orders and express mail incur an additional
charge. Average turnaround for US delivery on a rush custom order
is 10 days (excluding holidays) provided all
measurements are received in a timely manner including payment
of the rush order and express mail fees. Exceptions apply. Rush
order processing fee and express mail fee are
required for a rush order to be processed. International
orders incur longer delivery timeframes. Customer is
responsible for custom duties and levies on international
shipments.
